Senior certificate/equivalent plus an accredited three-year qualification in a listed building discipline, including civil/structural engineering, architecture, building management/science/surveying or quantity surveying. Five–eight years building-industry experience; Code B licence, MS Office, required regulatory knowledge, language skills and Peace Officer eligibility. Local candidates receive preference.
